The Committee on Finance and Banking Activity recommends that the Parliament adopt the Bill on Pawnshops and Pawnshops Activity as a Basis

The bill (Reg.№3433) "is aimed at the legislative regulation of economic, juridical and organizational basis for the pawnshops formation".

According to the Bill pawnshop should be determined as non-banking finance estate that gives finance credits to the natural persons in pawns of the movable goods storage.
